What does FIXWORLD cost?
Nothing for you. Requests, offers and chat are free. You pay only for the work, directly to the business.
Who sees my address?
While searching, only the radar, to measure distances. A business gets your address and number only when you accept its offer.
What does “verified” mean?
The business showed us a trade licence, craft card or ID before it appeared on the radar.
Where does the app work?
Anywhere in Germany where providers have signed up. The radar shows you who is really near you.
How do I delete my account?
In the app under Profile, Settings, Delete account. All data is removed.
Questions from providers
What does a request cost?
Nothing. You pay only your plan’s monthly fee, never a share of the job.
Which documents do you need?
Light: an ID card. Pro: trade licence or craft card plus an ID. For trades with a master requirement, the chamber’s proof.
When do customers see my number?
Never before the job. Only when a customer accepts your offer do you both get each other’s address and number.
Can my team work with me?
Yes, on the Pro plan. An admin invites members; every member sees the business’s requests and calendar.

Your phone asks once whether it may install apps from unknown sources. There is nothing for iPhone yet.
